An advantage of your POHMS membership is access to Legal Health Information Exchange Library, which is a HIPAA library. As a benefit of your membership, you can have your HIPAA Compliance Officer create an account for your practice. There are many tools and information that is valuable for providers. This is active and paid for POHMS members through the end of this year. If this is something your practice takes advantage of, please let us know so the Board of Directors can discuss whether or not we should keep this as an incentive for 2026.
